مدينة مزدهرة يعيش فيها الاغنياء والمشاهير ورجال الاعمال والسياح وكذلك المسجونين واللصوص والقتلة وتجار المخدرات والاسلحة والممنوعات فتورط احد الاغنياء مع هؤلاء المجرمين عندما قامت امراة قابلها في كازينو وتحت تأثير الشراب بانفاق امواله واصبح مع الوقت مدين لعصابة خطيرة باموال طائلة وورط اصدقاءه من مشاهير ورجال اعمال فاصبح مدين للجميع وحجزت جميع ممتلكاته واصبح بعيدا عن عائلته فحاول من خلال صديق له في الشرطة انقاذه من العصابة
