THE LAST OF US FANFICTION

~

6 years have passed, and Melanie Alexandra Miller is still finding it hard to forgive her father, Joel; up until Ellie pops into her life unexpectedly.

Join her as she learns how to cope with forgiveness, love, nostalgia, and hate in a world that she once, and still does, called home.

Rated PG-13 for language.. and tid bits of romance later on.. ;)

~

This is a fanfiction, fiction created by a fan, AKA a form of creative writing that most people in fandoms are aware of. I do not own The Last of Us, it is rightfully the property of Naughty Dog.

I DO own the majority of the made up storyline though, since I wrote it in the span of 6 months.

(full disclosure to everyone reading this: i was 14 when i wrote this i wanna cry this is so bad why do you guys keep reading this garbage)

⸻ 𝙐𝙉𝙏𝙍𝙐𝙎𝙏 𝙐𝙎 [ 𝘈𝘉𝘉𝘠 𝘈𝘕𝘋𝘌𝘙𝘚𝘖𝘕 𝘟 𝘖𝘊 ] ❪ 𝐀𝐅𝐓𝐄𝐑 𝐒𝐔𝐂𝐂𝐄𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐆 killing the man who brutally murdered her father, Abby Anderson, and the team that she brought to Wyoming return to their base in Seattle where they return to their normal lives, going back going through standard protocol daily such as checking supplies and scavenging for whatever they can find within regulated areas to build up their community... assuming there's anything worth taking, that is. As much as Matthew knows he may seem like a slacker for admitting to it, he prefers the more mundane side of things since that means not only is life good, but order and peace prevail yet another day. He just wished that Abby wasn't so hung up on things, Owen most of all, so she can enjoy life as he does. Unfortunately, her eyes have always been preoccupied with looking back on the past surrounding her ex-boyfriend and never in front of her, focusing on Matthew. He hated it. He's been keeping his distance for years, knowing his place and keeping his nose out of Abby's love life and just going on with his rather boring life. But this all changes when the war going on between the Washington Liberation Front and the Seraphites, a primitivist cult, becomes more long-winded and tense as they continue to fight over control of Seattle. Unbeknownst to WLF, however, everyone involved with the death of Joel Miller is being tracked down one by one by a small group from Jackson-Dina, Jesse, Tommy Miller, and the most prominent and dangerous figure of them all: Ellie Williams. ❫ ⸻ Warnings ; - Profanity, violence, angst, body horror, blood & gore, weapon usage, cannibalism, torture, etc. - 𝐁𝐎𝐓𝐇 Abby and Matthew are 18+!

This is Not the Last of Us

44 parts Complete Mature

Ellie found traveling with Joel to be both rewarding and simultaneously frustrating. It was like talking to a cold, emotionless brick wall sometimes. So imagine her excitement when they run into another group of travelers heading in the same direction, and they agree to travel with Ellie and Joel. The most exciting part? The other group has a girl their age. This is essentially a Ellie/Reader slow-burn fanfiction. It's also a fix-it fic in regards to the Last of Us Part 2 because I have personal issues with it. Will involve spoilers for both games, but this is mostly a self-indulgent fic. The reader is unnamed and has no descriptors so pretty much anyone can be the reader. The reader has established parents that are involved in the plot.
