Tainted Love

Peyton met AJ in college and within months they were dating. She was madly in love and thought that he was her forever. Two years into their relationship he betrays her, leaving her heartbroken.

Four years later, she is the happiest she has ever been. She has her best friends Emori and Jenson along with a few new friends. Peyton also has as friends with benefits which suits her just fine. She's not one for commitments anymore. Life is going good for her until she runs into the one person she wished to never see again.

AJ knew he couldn't keep Peyton, so he made the choice to do what he could to make her stay away. He never gave her a reason has to why he did what he did, and it has haunted him till this day. He honestly never thought he would see her again after that night, boy was he wrong. She comes walking back into his life looking better than ever but something as changed about her. She's colder and doesn't take shit from no one. He makes up his mind then that he wants her back no matter what the cost.

"Peyton."
"AJ." I say turning to look at him.
"What are you doing here?" He asks.
"I'm with my friends. What else would I be doing here." I spit.
"You better watch who you ae talking to."
"Fuck you." I state. When I say this, everyone in our area stops talking and just watches. "Last I checked you don't have the right to tell me what I can and can't do."
"I'm warning you Peyton." By this time, I have gotten out of Santi's lap, and I am standing right in front of AJ.
"What are you going to do, huh AJ. You going to go fuck another one of my friends. Well good luck because Emori can't stand you and the other two are taken."
"You've changed." He states.
"I wonder why." I turn to Santi. "Will you take me home please."
"Yeah." He states coming to stand in front of me.
"Like hell you will. You aren't going anywhere with him." AJ grabs my arm pulling me away from Santi.
