In the year 2135, humanity has developed amazing technology, thanks to the advanced sciences of the Union Aerospace Corporation (UAC), and have ventured into deep space, forming research centers on the planet Mars, along with it's moons Phoebus and Deimos. On the moons, the UAC test teleportation, using ancient Martian Technology.

On March 22, 2135, Flynn Taggart, a marine sent to the planet after assaulting his commanding officer, his partner, Arlene Sanders, and their platoon receive a distress call from the scientists on Phoebus, claiming that creatures from Hell have begun to attack the base and slaughter everyone they can find. While the platoon search the base, Flynn and Arlene secured the perimeter, making sure no demons have spread across the planet. Unfortunately, they receive information that the platoon was killed off, leaving the two as the main survivors, who must stop Hell from gaining access to Earth.
