Alex Miller and Mia Brown have been childhood best friends and Alex started having a crush on Mia at the start of junior high. He assumed Mia liked him as well so he confessed the night before their graduation and to his surprise, he was rejected. That seemed to have damaged their friendship and suddenly they don't know each other at school when they've hit senior high.

But during the year as senior high students, Mia began seeing him as a love interest even though she gets in denial. Alex wanted to try again after seeing Mia's obvious actions. But as soon as both of them was about to confess again, someone gets in between them.
