17-year-old Enso is the laughingstock of his village. As if being named after the ancient document children are forced to memorize and recite when they misbehave wasn't bad enough, his parents abandoned him after an accident left him permanently crippled and needing crutches at age five. Now Enso spends his days enduring endless taunts from his sworn enemy, local chief Anjan.

But when someone steals the original Line of Enso, which is housed in his small village of Raasi, Enso is forced to flee for his life. After paying out in the wilderness he is taken in by a kind woman and her adopted daughter, who teach him to unlock his inner warrior.

Now Enso, Layeba, and Sholta must team up for his biggest challenge yet: returning to Ensoia and reclaiming his innocence.
