this book is about a young anonymous girl who doesn't feel as if she can open up to anyone around her As they wouldn't understand what she's going through instead she opens up to her diary. Every day she puts on a face smile and deceives everyone into thinking she's this perfect happy little girl but when she's alone she her true colours shine through the pages of her diary. She keeps it locked up so no one will ever truely know how she feels.

No one can stop them from flying and singing in the morning sun. There is no restriction to life in their world. They thrive in freedom. They have no expectations to live up to; you don't need to live up to any standards, all you need to do is live. As humans, we are not expected to live that way. We grew up in a society where there are standards and norms everyone is expected to follow. There are limits to what we can do and where we can go. Some people are lucky and bypass those norms. Some of us aren't that lucky. Some of us don't have physical freedom, emotional freedom or even spiritual freedom. "She's right! She's right! I don't cut in the right spot." My hold tightens on my wrist. The red blood oozes out of my wrist. I slide up and grab my bag and run out of the bathroom. I don't care if people can see the blood I just want to get out. I race for the doors and shove through people. I earn a lot of glares and glances that read "weirdo." I ignore and push. I run to my house and lock myself in my bathroom. I don't bother closing the front door cause I don't care if people come in to kill me. I grab my razor and cut deep cuts into my arm and wrists falling into a pool of my own blood. • • • Evangeline has a great life. Friends? Check! Good grades? Check! Loving family? Check! But what if she has secrets that nobody knows of? What if the only thing she can trust is her secret diary? What if slowly but surly she's dying inside? How can an innocent twelve year old deal with these problems? Will she keep on facing these problem till the day she breaks. New friendships arise and so does romance. Tension with her academics becomes more overwhelming than what she expected. Life is taking many turns, not just with her own life but with those around her as well. Read as everyone explores their own life secrets that they have kept in the dark from those around them.
