In a big world where humans were about 5-6 feet tall.
you might think it's normal.
but humans were actually the abnormal ones here, as there were bigger humans called 'giants' which were about 80-90 feet tall.
humans lived in terror and shadows, as a part of a giants diet to keep them alive was to eat smaller humans.
they were sold as pets, food, toys ect..
some humans lived in forests to protect themselves from giants and not to be seen between trees and bushes, and some lived in The big city houses where giants lived which was risky, they called them self's 'borrowers'.
some humans were caught and sold in pet stores and supermarkets to make it easier for fellow giants to get and buy.
but what happens if a giant finds a tiny girl and doesn't feel any hunger towards her?

Season 1: Introduction A season with little build up and more background that's important for later chapters. Season 2: School arc A season focused around interactions at school that introduces some more important characters. Season 3: Summer Sand arc A season that starts introducing some of the main plot and things start to get juicy. Season 4: Shrunk A season still at Summer Sand after several key events lead up to this point. The plot takes a problematic turn for certain individuals. Season 5: Fax Hope A season where our antagonists' true desires are brought to light and how our protagonists time is running low. Season 6: Season 7: (Not so soon, probably somewhere Feb or, if your lucky Jan.) Season 8: (No idea when, but this season does exist.)

Everyone has murderous intents in them to some extent, right? With most giants having been past their cravings of devouring humans, some don't. But in reality, they haven't been past it, they just ignore it as best as they could, special pills help with overcoming that ravenous hunger clawing at their insides. But some have more murderous intents to them than others. Some thoughts they can't really control, and may even act upon on.

Don't let the name fool you. It isn't about treating borrowers like crap and all that. It's actually about a girl named Rose Leaflet who absolutely loves and respects borrowers. She works at a pet shop only because she gets to take care of borrowers that way. But when she is told to take a borrower man that went past his limit to the food market, she's shocked. Never has she had to do that before. And she doesn't. Her boss will tell her to keep the money that she'd receive for the borrower. So instead of selling the man, she takes him home. It's winter, and she can't just let him go. Then she is told to sell a second man the same day. But she doesn't. Instead she also takes him home. After a bit of trouble with the first one, she then finds two little borrower kids. The four borrowers find that they do not mind staying, since she doesn't baby them. She buys them a house and nuts them food that they can make themselves, letting them live comfortably. Soon she's finding that not only is she worrying about selling borrowers to nice people and taking care of borrowers at home in secret, she also has to secretly take home more and more borrowers. My first ever g/t work. Inspired by Arrietty, although different plot. Contains sfw interactions only (minus some angst) (43,000~ words). Everything takes place in modern day, but in a fictional reality where little beings (borrowers) live in the walls and take things that humans don't need. They're incredibly timid creatures, but excellent survivors and very agile. They'd look 100% human if not for their ears, tails, and feet. Carter is the youngest in a family of four, resilient with a daredevil spirit. After a tragic turn of events he's left to fend for his own, and manages alright, until the unimaginable happens. Caesar doesn't have a hard life but she does have a complicated one. The world has changed over the years and so have humans. Nearly every human grew while others are rooted closer to the ground. Soon these enormous people, these giants started to treat the smaller more vulnerable humans as pets. Catching and snatching them up, selling them to who ever for whatever. There are no laws to protects these tiny people from the greed and destructive giants. But, maybe all giants aren't that bad. This is where Caesar's life get complicated.Complete
