Two long-time friends, Manny and Deidy, get together after not seeing each other for a few months. Deidy invites Manny over to her new apartment at the condo complex, The Lighthouse Condos, located in the fictional upstate New York town of Fleischer, NY.

The Lighthouse Condos was once a large complex hospital called King Hospital Center until it set abandoned for years until it was renovated into a high-end home. Ever since then there has been sightings of course and unexplained paranormal activity happening at the Lighthouse complex.

What turns into a nice evening with friends turns into psychological terror for Manny and Deidy. Can they last through the night and survive? Or will their souls be consumed by the ghosts that died in the former hospital?
