In the 1800s, a global phenomenon of superpowers was bestowed upon the world and nicknamed "Quirks". As 95% of the population gets granted these powers, the remaining 5% remain Quirkless for the rest of their lives. In 1935, one of the 5% is Izuku Midoriya, a 19-year-old police recruit. Being in the 5% that doesn't have superpowers, people tend not to pay any attention to him. However, unbeknownst to everyone, Izuku is secretly a vigilante known as Spider-Man who plans to take down the local Mafia. But before he can do that, he's assigned by the police chief to protect the daughter of the Yaoyorozu Company, to prevent her assassination.

One day his mother Inko takes him and his sister Izumi shopping. While the adult's aren't looking Izumi and Katsumi Bakugou (female Bakugou) start to chase him and Izuku hides in a small thrift store and looses them. But while in the thrift store something catches his eye. It's a ring, black as night with a neon green paw which looks like it's made of emeralds. Izuku feels a strong connection to the ring as if it was calling for him and decides to buy it. However he did not know that this ring was holding a very powerful being in it who will grant him great power and with this power he will become the greatest hero of all time. (Ps I do not own the art in this story, My Hero Academia or Miraculous Ladybug.)
