With skillful means, they persuade the residents to rather waste time and energy in a virtual 'CyberNet', taking drugs to forget their true feelings, than seeking actual freedom, even in mind.
There are those who want to prevent that. The light has not been entirely forgotten.
That's where the 'Dream Stalker' comes into the world.
The Dream Stalker strides through the lower levels of the city, his arrival already noticed.
He has friends and enemies. He doesn't know either of them because his mind was partly erased, and he doesn't know why he's here. All he knows is that a dirty fight is rising.
