mei yun is the one and only daughter of shan yu. her father dies before she was born. her mother was unknown to her because she also died after she was born. 

she was raised by her mother's friend but abandoned at the age of 8. growing up alone was really tough for her. but luckily for her, she was gifted with talents in fighting, using katana/swords/knives specifically.

she always covers her face with a mask and a leather cloak. not because she's insecure, well she is kinda insecure but the purpose of the mask and cloak was more because of the unwanted attention she wants. she just felt more comfortable when she's covering her face.All Rights Reserved
