Trained to be a bio weapon for the government 003 is arguably one of the most dangerous people known to man (or at least known to a select group of man).That was if she had any wish to kill.No instead 003 wants to escape the lab and live a normal life with no killing and bad men in lab coats.Well she escapes but having a normal life is not in her cards.
