A human teenager is left within the dark and damp forests of Mobuis. Rather than living in station square or something of that sort, the human was raised as a lab-rat for G.U.N until they were 12 years of age. When G.U.N realized their experiment had failed.. Or has it? 

The child was dropped off into a random part of Mobuis, unnamed and abandoned.

In this AU, Shadow, as a baby, is sent to Earth with Maria and the Professor coming with him, though they land on the African Jungle. But just as they were waiting for rescue, a NOT friendly leopard attacks the Professor, and then Maria, who trusts a troop of gorillas to take care of Shadow. As the years go by, Shadow became a strong (and handsome) young hedgehog who knows his way through the Jungle as a wild hedgehog. One day, a group of humans, led by Rouge the Bat, comes to the Island and takes Shadow with them to New York, where he meets Sonic, an energetic and mean but insecure blue hedgehog who's popular in the High School he's enrolled in. Though Shadow will later learn that Sonic is being targetted by his ex, Scourge the hedgehog, for a sin he committed long ago. Shadow will now have to protect him from that lunatic, as well as navigate the feelings he's developing for the beautiful male blue hedgehog. TwT

Sonic used to be a free Mobian...until The War between Eggman and Mobians started and ended, that humans started to hunt down Mobians going as far as putting them into camps, breeding farms, or forced to fight a longside military forces. The hedgehog does remember much besides pain...and torture, by the hands of G.U.N, but he didn't know they were planning on using him for a big project.

Sonic and friends unwillingly travel to another dimension and upon arrival realise that they are not able to freely show their special abilities to the public or bad things may await. They have to live mundane lives during their time there. Some get jobs in order to blend in and earn their keep. Little do they know a certain egg themed villain is attempting to find this world to conquer as well as defeat the heros hiding in plain sight. Will they stop him without being captured by the villains of this world? Or will the villain rise to the top, rendering the heros useless? Eventual Sonadow, Rougeknux, Blazeamy, and Mephilver. 16+ there are adult themes and topics in this book not suitable for minors, nothing explicit, which is why I put 16+ rather than 18+. Sonic and his friends had make a secret utopia for Mobians on the Space Colony ARK, of course the ARK had to have some adjustments in order to suit the new population, But it's not just mobians some humans. Sonic, is Shadow's husband before Eggman had successfully took over Möbius. They had started a family, with a kid and another on the way. Being the Mobians lets ounce of defense, Shadow took it upon himself to use the last bit of Chaos Energy that he had to Chaos Blast his way through the robots that were there to capture the last remaining Mobians, but with a sacrifice like this it allowed the Mobians to escape up to safety. Well what happens if G.U.N was planning on recreating the Ultimate Life Form, with Gerald's notes. Will they be successful? Read to find out.

Mobius is home to quite interesting creatures, from animals that function like humans that can have super abilities, to hybrids that function like normal animals but still has that human like function. Sonic is one of those hybrids, he doesn't really know anything about his birth parents since he was abandoned on a farm with a nice couple...though he wasn't the only Mobian Hybrid.
