To Thrive Among Elites

Kowa is a 18 year old, newly starting college Freshman who was accepted into P.K. Soul College. He's a newly transferred student who for odd reasons, have no background about most parts of his life. Only important things known about him was that he was able to pass all his life with straight A's. No one bothers chatting with him because he was so much more different than others, seeing how powers can be shown on most people from birth, and he looked to be just a regular human, everyone guessed him to be useless. Within this college, ranks are emplaced among all the students, based on their power displayed on the first day of inspections, as well as their status over others. The MC, not being able to display anything powerful, or have any fame among others he's placed at the bottom of the barrel with a strong list of others. But why does he not seem to be like a basic freshman and hold decent power? Why struggle below the standard expectations?
