Not only that but having to deal with people calling you what you're not. Being transgender isn't always easy, and everyone knows that. Having to tell you family, friends.. it's hard and could be frustrating at times. There may be someone who can help you through it. Some people don't have that person. But there are times where that person would come into their life, and just make things easier, and help you through dark times. - Nick, better known as Sapnap, has problems with his dysphoria. For years, he's had to deal with it alone. His best friends, Clay WasTaken, better known as Dream in school, and George Davidson, knew about it of course.. but whenever they their hardest to help Nick, things would stay the same. And not just that, Nick had come out as trans around his 15th birthday. His parents supported him of course, so did his friends. But people around them just didn't understand. But one day, people from the nearby nation called L'Manberg had gone to visit where Nick and his friends lived, the SMP. Nick met a tall British brunette, who told him something that Nick wanted to be true for so long.. something that he wanted, needed even; "I didn't realize who I was until I stopped being who I wasn't..." For the first time in ages, he was being listened to, not just heard. His voice moved like the waves they danced in only a few days ago and carried out across the room like the storm raging outside. - George had never really felt like he fit in. Not because his adoptive family struggles with him being a trans man, or the fact that his younger sister is everything he will never be, but because hes always felt small. Cue in Dream, Georges best friends new dorm mate for college. Hes everything George wants to be. Tall, tattooed, cis, not to mention incredibly sexy. When his eyes fall on George the Earth seems to stand still. And that really fucking terrifies him.

He never came out to his family and even when he made new friends who loved him unconditionally, he still couldn't bring himself to come out. Staying in the closet never felt like a problem once he moved to Florida with Dream, well, until a video collaboration introduced him to a boy that made him question if he could keep hiding. Now, Sapnap has to return to Texas for the first time since his move to Florida for his step-sister's birthday. What's waiting for him when he arrives is going to make keeping his sexuality a secret from his family that much harder.
