he has a new Quirk called Death and illusion, he can take people to heaven or hell he can tell because he has the memories of the person who dies, He can also take someone's life with illusion it is a part of his other Quirk he can make an illusion of anything that died to either help or Bring pain to the person he can also change someone's age 

Katsuki (Cover), has learnt that quirks no longer exists in the world, he was badly injured when he saved a kid from a truck the person takes him home to his five kids and wife only now noticing the wings and halo 

the people there teach him everything that changed, he says things that confuse them, he has to go somewhere for a while but when he comes back everything changed the place was destroyed 

The SCP Take him in to see that he has the mind of a 5 year old child and they take him to Mario Trent to rase him he turns himself into a 15 year old with all of his scars when he was 18 years old

he goes to school with SCP recruits he hides his looks a few months in he was Attacked and ended up in a different world due to Rebirth he has to live with more pain then anyone before
