The Broken Hero?

Katsuki is the only classmate who Survived the war the rest died, some of the heroes died, villains died and he made a speech that changed everything villains became good, heroes became police officers he was kidnapped by villain scientists who tortured/Experimented on him

he goes to school with SCP recruits he hides his looks a few months in he was Attacked and ended up in a different world due to Rebirth he has to live with more pain then anyone before
