The torren region is dangerous, with its many cults, and it's incredibly lax laws on weapon ownership. The delta Pokemon, both natural and the escaped experiments of the perfection cult are concentrated heavily in torren, and it's neighbouring region of Holon. Inside this region, is Raleigh jewelion 'jewel' Aurelia, 13 years old and incredibly aggressive. Jewel and his partner, a delta froakie, plan to take the torren region by storm, 6 years of training has gotta mean something after all.
