This is a short story I wrote for a class assignment. The characters in this story are the same ones used in my book "I'm better because of you" Please tell me if you enjoyed this and I should write more.
Description: Madisyn and Ophelia are living in the ruins of whats left of their beloved planet. the reason everything went to shit was well. a disease. this is one of the most deadly diseases the world has every seen. what happens hen Ophelia falls ill. can her best friend save her life or be the reason her life ends

The end of the world is something that is ignored more often then we think. We think everything is fine... that the end is not near but what if it's closer than you think? --So much on this earth is a miracle. But we fail to see them -- Two friends. One ceremony. One terrible accident. "I-I'm sorry for waking you up. Please forgive me Alpha." She basically threw herself to her knees and bared her neck: a sign of submission. I sighed and ran my fingers through my hair. I thought we had begun to move passed this, but I knew deep down it would take more than holding her to get through this. I walked over to her and pulled her up gently to her feet. I grasped her chin in my hand and lifted her head up to look me in the eyes. "Jasabelle, you are my Luna. You are not my maid, you are not my servant. I will never punish you...well in any way that will cause you harm."
