Much to Prince Erik Destler's dismay, the time has come for the palace to call upon 20 women to try and capture the prince's heart. Though, how do you try to steal a prince's heart when he doesn't want it to be stolen?

With courting so many women rumors begin floating through the palace walls, secrets unravel, connections blossom, ghosts of the past return, and who knows what other mysteries lie ahead.

However, I have one question for you: What great lengths will you go through for the one you love?

Between Mirrors and Roses (A Phantom of the Opera Fanfiction) ✓, de persephone7913
41 capítulos Concluída
The life of an ordinary girl is turned upside down when she is transported into her favorite musical, "The Phantom of the Opera," in the place of the elegant heroine. Negotiating life in 19th-century Paris is challenging enough without a diva scheming for leads, a sarcastic Persian's input, and two very different men battling for her affections! Should she stay faithful to the plot of the story or rewrite history? Should she choose a safe path with a reliable husband or risk her future following her mysterious Phantom? Told from the points of view of Erik - the Phantom - and the newly-made Christine, this story follows them both as they work through their respective demons to find love in the person that is a little different from all their imaginings. "A really well-written Erik/OC, with a lovely, smart, likable heroine. If you ever fantasized about taking Christine's place in POTO, read this." - @olivesky "I am literally crying right now. That was so good!" - @musicalsnmarkiplier "One of the best fan fictions I have ever read" - @elephant_hugger "I just discovered this today and finished it in one go. This is an extraordinary work, Erik deserves you to portray him 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻" - @Myatnoe123 "Sacrificing a few hours of sleep was worth finishing this." - @LiberDose "I must confess you've ruined all other Phantom of the Opera fanfictions" - @LilRed315 "Thank you for the 2-in-the-morning giggles, the falling-out-of-the-bed-blushing phangirl moments, and just writing this book in general! You are the best author!" - @ThatBabyQuinnDoh *Now available to read on archiveofourown.org* Disclaimer: I do not own The Phantom of the Opera or its characters. A Second Chance in Love (Erik X OC)

43 capítulos Concluída

The great fire, it cost Erik everything he ever knew. His house, his only love... everything. He roamed the streets for almost four years, staying hidden in the shadows he made himself familiar with only to find his way back to the abandon and burnt opera house. He stayed there and the first few months were nothing but peace, silence and his inner demons ripping him apart. He had no power for life anymore, no muse to write songs and compose miracles. He simply spent his days looking at the cave walls, not able to think, to see, to feel. All that changed when his ear perked the sound of a child's laughter, informing him of people entering his house but he had no power to kick them out. He saw no reason too. The Phantom was dead after all. He assumed they were the new owners, a word he heard a few times during the past 2 weeks. He mentally scoffed, wondering what they would do with the destroyed opera. Open it again? Fix it? He could care less. All he wanted was his solitude. #1 in phantomoftheopera (10/3/21)
