A tale of two children, both growing in ways their parents despised, both unable to change their nature.

For Todoroki Shouka, she had been gifted a phenomenal quirk, yet her closed minded father only saw what it was at manifestation, and told her to never use it, as she may as well be quirkless.

For Yagi Izuku, a quirk that reminded him of a heroine who was new when he manifested it, yet one he had begun to admire. Unfortunately for him, his family saw his new form as rather pathetic, treating him like nothing more than an animal.

Yet fate holds strong for those who believe, and it offered these two, unfortunate souls a lifeline.
