Trey Richard is an only child living in an apartment with her mum in a small town in Montana. Her friendship group consists of one person who has been her best friend since she was four years old and his name is Sam Grayson. Starting a normal weekend for her she heads over to Sam's house which is within walking distance and they head out together for the day, but strange things start to happen and Sam has even witnessed some things too. As she and her friend go on a journey to discover who they really are and what these other worldly creatures known as the Kaijaik can do, will Trey and Sam's relationship grow to more than just a friendship? Or will it become something else entirely?

She starts believing that her nightmares give out answers to her dad's death and her future, and she starts to distrust people. And although this seems nearly impossible, and becomes a long journey, Heather is challenged by her school shrink to change and show her mom and little sister that she can turn into her old self again, that is, if she's willing to cooperate with getting help to change, in the blink of an eye.Complete
