Paolo Duella (Pablo Nase) barely receives calls from rude and demanding customers from their hotline. Usually, people call for him and talk to him gracefully.
However, the worst part of his work came when one day, a sudden anonymous and immature customer called him. This weirdo guy, as he believes, keeps on pestering him at work and he appears to be hating their drinks too without any particular reason.
Will Paolo still hold on to his patience or will his brusque volcanic senses burst out lava in the end? Or maybe, just maybe, his feistiness will be tamed by this unknown caller in the process?
