Emily has always found herself caught in sticky situations. It's her job. Sometimes they are easy to get out of, and others are not. She vows never to get herself in trouble again. It's only when she meets Charlie that that promise to herself becomes hard to keep.

An illness that only shows it true colours when it's too late, a problem and the feeling of her world collapsing in on it's self, Emily finds it hard to keep her cool. It's not until all of the three things happen at once does Emily feel she can't take it anymore. But will she manage to survive the changes...?

Then, something occurs that will change not only Kayla's life, but everyone else's. Kayla ends up in a coma after a tragic accident that did not occur in a car. Now that she is at home and back to school everything is too much for her to handle. Kayla tries to commit suicide and then is forced to move out of her house. It's all a roller coaster from there.
