Sumeru was nothing as compared to Liyue, the region you grew up in, specifically Liyue harbor. The wind blew calmly through the air that was freshly oxygenated by the millions of plants all around you. 

As big as Sumeru was, you were excited to begin your new life as an adventurer here. You're tasks were pretty simple; helping out the public by running errands, however the thrill came from the missions you would be sent on, which sometimes happened to be world saving worthy. This life was perfect for you. You have been doing this since you were 14, have made plenty of friends along the way and learnt more than you possibly could have. 

But you couldn't help but feel that one thing was missing.

Perhaps what you were looking for was in Sumeru...

Was it a new life changing mission? 

Or a new atmosphere and environment to explore? 

Was it the new enemies you would be facing and the skills you were bound to learn that would help you become a stronger vision wielder?

In my version Alhaitham is unintentionally romantic as Kaveh is the only person he ever loved. Kaveh on the other side is an constant overthinker always twisting Alhaitham's words to the worst interpretation so he turns out unintentionally funny. There is some mature content in this story and there are many jokes about it and indications. Still it is not graphic but rather blurry and my goal is to keep it this way.
