Lukas kommt mit seinem neuen Drachen Degemon zurück in die Stadt. Dieses Mal wollen die Blauen den Kleinkrieg gegen die Roten gewinnen. Jedoch gibt es noch einige Sachen, die geregelt werden müssen. Zum Beispiel wurde die Arena geschlossen, da ein Roter es sabotiert hat, oder es gab auf einmal einen Sturm mit Tsunami. Es läuft alles schief. Als wär es nicht schon genug, greifen die Roten auf einmal an! Und es sieht nicht so aus, als wären sie schlecht ausgerüstet...
