Pin Pointed is a simple village girl, who has her whole world shaken when her home is burned to the ground. She runs away and finds one of the eight Cities---The Losers' City.
Coiny Payments is a boy from The Losers' City. He finds a lost object one day, broken and blue. He takes her to his home, where they become best friends---or maybe more than that.

They live a simple life, their City not a part of The Great War, until one day...
