I made this to express what I think now-knowing I am alone-owning up to my mistakes, and this feeling of vastness and worthlessness. This book echoes my sentiments and how thoughts have developed within me over time. This work is my way of clearing up what I am thinking and choosing to be better than what I believe to see within myself. Happiness to me is letting go of what is needed to let go and progressing from thinking less of myself.
