Now that I think about it, this description is more like a part of this book rather than a description. Sorry, I'm getting off topic here. Read it if you're extremely bored or something. Dan's a famous internet celebrity who spreads word about mental illness and brings joy to many lives. He values his image and career above nearly everything else, but that means he thinks he doesn't have time for relationships of any kind. Food For Thought.
I always loved that phrase -food for thought- and use it a lot, sometimes i even hashtag my posts with it. So i thought, it was very suitable and very me thing, to use it, as a title, for this book. This book contains, my personal story, what bothers me, what i want to talk about, what i need to let go. It would be a little bit, like blog posts, but in the form of a book.
