The End of Times has passed, and they are finally safe. They are finally free to live their lives the way they want, not as God "intended". Crowley thinks they've done alright for themselves, no worries of the angels above nor the demons below. He muses life could not be much better than this. After all, he was with Aziraphale now and he would be for the rest of time. They spend so much of the day together that he can barely stand to part from his angel. But, deep inside, a fear still lingers. A fear which, quite frankly, never went away since their body swap all that time ago.

That's just how I work. 1) I'm Set Free: Aziraphale finds himself distracted by a certain demon, and Crowley finds out that he likes having his hair touched 2) This Thing Called Love: Love is in the air and so is frustration. Crowley gets upset and takes a five-day nap, waking only to hang out with Aziraphale and visit The Them [I have never seen titanic it has nothing to do with it] 3) Champagne?: Crowley is dining alone tonight when he gets some company from a stranger he wishes would leave him be 4) Aziraphale Loves: Aziraphale is a lover many things in life, books, good wine, Crowley, wearing sensible shoes, people, but Aziraphale also loves food, and he just happens to have a poorly timed craving for crepes. 5) Crowley Shrugged: The pair had been talking and sipping expensive wine, during their conversation they had started talking about wings and flying, then Aziraphale had stated that he hadn't used his wings in a few hundred years, which had bewildered Crowley 6) Tight Pants: Aziraphale and Crowley go out to dinner and Aziraphale gets jealous when someone invites Crowley back to their flat. Snake!Crowley and wings 7) just an announcement 8) dancing in the rain: Dancing in the rain isn't always ideal, even though it's always quite romantic. A little boy pointed and said 'look, mummy, they're in love' this made Crowley smile and wave at the boy (I've run out of room)

A new angel is sent to monitor the humans and report back to Heaven as a replacement for Aziraphale. Despite pretending so well, and doing such a good job of fitting in with the humans for quite awhile now, she slips up, and reveals her identity when she senses such an immense amount of love in someone that she just can't believe it. "You are so loved!" She shouts at the person she feels this from, before running away stuck in her jealousy. This left Aziraphale to ponder why there was another angel on Earth, but he figures it out quickly. What he does have trouble with, is figuring out who in his 6,000 years could have loved him so much that it throws off an angel in disguise. Which is Crowley's cue to panic. Warning: they're both dumbasses. Also, lots of fluff. Their kiss continued, brutal and hot. Aziraphale suddenly remembered how his arms worked circled them around the demon's waist pulling him closer. Crowley broke off the kiss with a sharp inhale and moved his head to rest against the angel's. "Tell me to leave, angel." Raw need vibrated through the demon's voice. He pressed his forehead against Aziraphale's. His hands trembled as they cradled the angel's face. He took another ragged breath. "You don't want to do this! You don't want this from me!" Now it was Aziraphale's turn to take a inhale deeply. Their mouths were so close that their breath mingled. He could feel heat from the demon, from their pressed foreheads, down his chest, to his groin. He drained away the minor alcohol in his system and let cold, hard clarity wash over him. This was...dangerous. This was wild and thoughtless. Hedonistic. This should stop. That would be for the best. Safe. Sane. Responsible. "No" Aziraphale's voice ghosted the word. Then bolder, louder, steadier "Stay, please. I want this." He clasped his hands against the demon's and tipped his head back to meet Crowley's eyes. "I want you."

"Cause you're here", he says, voice carefully detached, "and you're hurt, and you need someone. And that someone's gotta be me." "Why?" He won't answer that. He can't answer that. "Don't ask stupid questions." ~oOo~ Or, the one where Heaven punishes Aziraphale the only way they know how, Crowley is there to help pick up the pieces, and maybe they can build something new and much more beautiful from both their broken shards.
