Morgana woke, gasping in the hallway, lit by flashes of light coming from somewhere beyond the walls, casting long, unsettling shadows. The air felt thick, oppressive, and the silence was almost heavy, pressing down on her chest. The walls pulsed as if echoes were screaming softly, vibrating through the space in a way that seemed almost deliberate. Shadows stretched on every edge, moving with purpose, it felt. She couldn't remember how she had ended up here, or why the weight of the place felt so suffocating, so inescapable. Restless from the negative energy in the atmosphere, she shifted. Here and there, the lines between waking and nightmare blurred, sending her scrambling for a reality that slipped farther with each heartbeat. She wanted only to wake. She wanted only to escape-escape the never-ending corridors before they closed in over her. Outré Locus distortage, 2022

Chloe died from exhaustion. She was an artist and a successful one at that. Dying from exhaustion was acceptable for her. After all, she was a workaholic. What was unacceptable was she transmigrated into a body that was getting r-ped by the bastard second male lead who mistakes her as the perpetrator who drugged him with aphrodisiac. At first, she didn't realize what was happening, not until unbearable pain electrified her body 'till morning. She realized later on when he called the name of the body with so much anger during the deed and a certain description about a certain person came into mind. And that certain person was from a novel she read in her residence late at night while painting before the very morning took her life. - WORK OF FICTION A/N: This work of mine was inspired by korean and chinese manhwa's/manhua's that I've read.
