Ever since kit hood due to some minor difficulties while kitting one of shrew tuft's kits Night kit was Bron with one of his hind legs missing.

Due to this the clan instantly thought his future role in the clan was chosen by star clan. Night heart however proved them all wrong no matter what obstacles came his way with his three legs he managed leap past all of them at once with ease.
