Jamie crouched down and hid behind the bins. Her mind raced as tears threatened to spill out of her chocolate eyes. Her father was on his knees; a bullet wound in his thigh and a gun pressed against his temple. She saw the silhouette of the man holding the gun and felt queasy. She wanted to help her father but she was terrified. Just as the silhouette was about to press the trigger her soft voice echoed throughout the alley way. 

"D-don't." 

Ivan looked over at the girl that had told him to not kill the bastard. He admired her courage say that. It was a pity he had to kill her. "Such a pity." His wicked voice whispered. He used his fingers to call her out from hiding. Her hands shook lightly as she slowly stood up and glanced at her father whose eyes were wide. "P-please don't k-kill him." Her voice cracked as she voiced her wish. 

When Ivan could clearly see Jamie he smirked. Her dark skin glistened under the moonlight and her plum crimson lips were in a frown. He stalked colder to her shaking form, lifted his gun to her face and slid it down her cheek; she whimpered as more tears broke free from her eyes. 

"Well, if it isn't the girl who pickpockets?" He hummed softly, while thinking. "Why don't we make a deal?
