Pokemon multiverse.

Basically in short Pokemon are being sent to other worlds by an all powerful being and pokestops are also being entered
The characters of each world meet the pokemon befriend them and see if they could shut down the portals.

(This will also be multi series meaning there also other scenarios, dragons, dinosaurs and monster hunter)
