After the event of Divergent, humanity live without factions between pure and impure. However, the humanity started to evolve and grew up. To prevent Chicago to ran out of resources and hope to rebuild humans civilizations, the Bureau of Genetic Welfare decide to restore the faction system along with new rules and with new factions to prevent any incident from the divergent trilogy to never happen again. The volunteers were put elsewhere outside of Chicago. Some years laters, the system is a bug success and cities start to become more independents. They were cities like Chicago and cities with new faction system. The new factions system was a success. Enter the life of a young girl called Shai, a Divergent amnesiacs who will have to pass the ceremony choice. Little she knows that she'll will have to embrace her inner flame to stop humanity to fall once again.
