Years ago there was a war.
A war between humans and Vampire Wolf Skeletons, monsters from the underground that were framed of comitting a horrendous deed: murdering the heir of the human crown. The humans had no choice but to take revenge and cut alliances with the VWS's. Both sides fought for 500 decades until the humans caught hold of the child belonging to the most powerful Alpha Vampire Wolf family.
They hid the child and kept her secret, she belonged to a prophecy of which she would be the one to end the war.
" It has been more than a millenia since we have seen the princess bu-"

Was this truly the last RESET? Sans wondered. But he knew only Frisk would tell, only this young girl would decide his future. He hated the thought of it at first, but hatred began to grow numb after he figured out he had no say in his own future. He had to admit though, Frisk was pretty reasonable, it was Chara who was the maniac. But she was gone now, so what was the anticipating, eerie, feeling that he had in his bones?
