Running. That's the most important word in your life if you're like us. Have you ever heard of New Moon Academy? Until a few weeks ago, I didn't know what those words meant either. But now, they are my life. Being one of us is dangerous. So if you can't handle danger, you might not want to read this. You can continue living your normal life. Not everyone is cut out for what you're about to read. 

I'm just a teenager, but I have superpowers. Here at the academy, we train hard to learn how to control our powers and remain alert. The worst part is that we have to keep our powers a secret. You can never be sure who might be listening to your conversation. But to me, it's all worth it. My name is Bethany.
