pregame saiouma DRV3 Chatfic/Fantic

maki harukawa and kokichi ouma are student council members at their school, and since they noticed recently that theyre formal (not really) classmates have not been getting along. for them to try for them to get along more they makes a group chat so they can get to know each other more and socialize more often with eachother.
