"The sea does not like to be restrained." - Rick Riordan

Two years ago, Ceto Sommers thought she was safe after her games. Away from death. Away from fighting. Only to be proven wrong in the Quarter Quell. Thrown back into the ocean, Ceto finds herself in the midst of the arena. She finds new friendships, building stronger friendships, and fixing broken friendships. She finds herself in danger of the forest, and in the betrayal she's given. Taken from what was safe and brought to the dangers of the capital, she's trained to believing the lies she's told. Everything is crumbling.

Until the light reaches the darkest part of the ocean.

THIS IS A REWRITE. THE ORIGINAL RETURN TO THE SEA IS STILL UP. I am the author of the OG RTTS and you are more than willing to go read it.

This is still a Gale Hawthorne story. But it won't be thrown out like the original had.

I do not own anything Hunger Games related. Only Ceto and her many problems and other OCs.

Please do not steal. I trust those out there to tell me if there is someone stealing, but be a decent human being and just don't steal content. Ask if you're inspired by something and want to use an idea. Chances are I'll give it to you.

Enjoy reading!
