Ever since Luz Noceda had been brutally chased away from the boiling isles 3 years ago by her very own girlfriend she had been feeling worse than ever.
She missed the Boiling Isles (the only place where she could truly be herself without worrying about others) dearly. 
The school had been hard on her, almost as hard as her mental health. 
Luz can't help but think about the place she called home and how much she missed all the people there, even Amity after she made her leave. She had seen the situation and didn't fully understand why, but she must've had a great reason, and when she finally found a way to get back, she was out for answers about what happened to her cotton candy-haired goodness. 
Can you imagine her surprise when she saw her once girlfriend on the Emperor's coven poster?

At 17 years old Luz decided to run from home she manage to go between realms and ended up on the Boiling Isles. When she decides to stay and help Eda, the most wanted witch on the Boiling Isles, her life turns upside down. She has to deal with various threats, from the deadly environment, and tyrannical government, to her own demons. After a few months, she finally managed to more or less stabilize her life, no matter the outside threats but everything changed as a new foe appeared in her life. How will she deal with the new problem? Will fighting your way through be enough?
