Dear Diary-... No that's stupid. Who writes in a diary anymore? Elanie Doe was a shut in. She rarely ventured outside of her own front porch, or the coffee shop. An old lady was her best friend (Not really), and all she had was unanswered emails and an empty diary. But ever since her seemingly endless mounds of money starts to run dry, she needed a job. She was desperate to keep her home, she'd do anything. Even signing a blue paper from a suspicious someone, applying to a job that just may end her very small sad life. Or, it may do the opposite, uncovering secrets and opening a door to a glorious journey.

Ugh! Work! Yeah, I know. Who likes working? You know unless you have your dream job or something. Yeah, I don't. Not yet anyway. But I presume this not-journal to be way less dramatic and funny. I don't see myself finding friends like I did in school and university. Even if I do get friends, they're gonna be grown-ups. Eww! And yes, I'm well aware I'm a grown up too. But even though I look like I'm twenty-one, my mind works like an eight-year-old. FYI, I'm older than twenty-one, so... Okay, job not-journal, here we go!
