You met Tom in an interview and did your best to resist his charms. It only worked for a little while, then the pair of you started dating. A journalist and an actor. The relationship was probably doomed before the pair of you even considered dating but you’d gone for it anyway. Who can say no to those gorgeous blue eyes? It’s when they turn on you in anger that problems occur.

It started as a short - something stemming from the very angry version of him I heard shouting in my head. This story is the result of humoring the character and exploring just WHAT was making him so angry.

Trust In Love

25 parts Complete Mature

"You're fired, Jennie. Collect your things and go. Now. Just be thankful he's not pressing charges. I can't believe you did this. After all this time? Stealing from our customers is just so low. If you were in trouble, you only needed to say. Now please, go." Jennie had been accused of being many things in life. A beloved daughter, a loyal friend, a hardworking colleague, but now? Now she stood accused of something unbelievable. A thief. Tom hadn't meant to leave his backpack lying under the table. Distracted by the usual mele that surrounded his every move these days, he'd been jostled out of the cafe and into a taxi. On its return, he finds not everything he put into it, still there. So begins a spiral that Jennie could never have imagined. Clearing her name will take more than just detective work. It will take love and trust.
