No longer a hero, living a life of isolation far away from the land that had made him a legend once. Resentful and broken, Link hides it best he can, trying to focus on the future and forget. But Zelda remembers him, the person he once was. He's so different now, and perhaps she is too. The whole land is, transformed by war as Ganondorf works to seize all that he believes once belonged to him, in a time no longer. Both Link and Zelda find themselves in the middle of this war, forced to fight and strategize and deal with their own inner demons as well as each other, amidst the war the Hylians fight to regain their land and defeat the King of Thieves. > < . Link: a rogue troublemaker who steals from village people, flirts with all the women, and tortures the people of Hyrule. Living life the way he wants it, no rules, and not a care in the world. Zelda: a woman who gets tangled with the wrong people and doesn’t know that she was kidnapped as a child and is really the true ruler of Hyrule. She has a split personality where she thinks she’s Sheik, a worrier who fights for good. Ganondorf: the ruler of Hyrule who killed the king for his throne. He knows about Zelda being the real ruler but has kept that a secret this entire time. He also knows that Link is suppose to be the hero of time but doesn’t seem threatened by a rogue troublemaker. This story takes on a whole new twist of the Legend that I created. I do not own any characters, settings, or history in this story. This is just purely a fun fan fiction of the best video game ever.
