Welcome to the HIA, or Hell Intelligence Agency. Quick aside, we really do need a new name, since we do way more than just intelligence gathering. My name is Agent Jay Linnell, call sign "Lucifer's Hammer". I've been instructed to compile a welcome letter for our newest recruits. Inside, you'll find all the basic information you need to get your start in the HIA.
