(BoyxBoy) Everyone in Ryan's town, literally, goes to the same college. It's quite frustrating, really. Ryan wants to get away, leave. He wants a college far, far away from everyone he's known. They don't understand him. So now he's a senior, he has a perfect college picked out, and cannot wait to leave. And he thought everyone else was happy to see him leave as well. James doesn't want Ryan to leave. He had only gotten the courage to befriend him SENIOR year. He wanted college to be a leap between friendship to something more. James was popular, played soccer, and all of his friends knew he was gay and crushing hard on Ryan. James thought senior year would just be them getting to know each other, and just introducing himself to Ryan as a friend. Now his mission is convince Ryan to stay.
