He has dark white skin, dark black hair, and dark green eyes. Sexuality on 'Tereve' isn't a concern because it doesn't matter. He's been working in his government for the last 3 years in the Defense Department. He was trained for the Defense Department since he was 8 to 17, and then gained a position in his government's Defense Department as security for the Governor. Meets 1st ML when he is sent to 'Tereve' as one of his planets 2 Diplomats from 'Aleara.'Complete
