Rosalina asks them to come to Mario's World in the Mushroom Kingdom because the very evil from their worlds have forcibly came to their worlds. What they don't know is how their sworn enemies got there.

After a chance meeting with Mario, the heroes and their allies band together to face an incoming threat that could end the Mushroom Kingdom and other worlds.
