Are you really a ghost? (Sasusaku)

Sasuke never believed ghosts he thought they were fake and it was just some stupid thing to scare kids that was until he got hunted...

Sakura was her name just like the flower.
Sasuke knew she always said she was a ghost but is that really true?
She could go solid and transparent, she can do telekinesis, and she was capable of super strength. But that wants even the weirdest part of it!
Why could sasuke see her and only him?

So the real question is for sasuke is she really a ghost or does it have something to do with that odd seal on the side of her head?
