Essa vai ser a primeira fase: descobrir , aos 30, o que a maioria das mulheres descobre na adolescência.
Como a maioria das pessoas sabe, os homens não costumam ter uma boa reputação. Eu tinha medo de algo ruim acontecer comigo, como uma agressão ou um abuso.
Mas aí pensei que já passei por isso com mulheres.
Eu sempre fui meio ingênua, o tipo de pessoa que acredita na bondade do próximo, e isso acaba atraindo algumas pessoas mal intencionadas, principalmente em amizades e local de trabalho. Eu ia precisar ser mais forte pra essa nova fase, pra que nada muito ruim acontecesse comigo.

She's lived the last 20 years trying not dwell on the traumatic hardships of her past as they constantly replay in the back of her mind. Made a promise to live a full (semi carefree) life, spreading love and joy, all the while never wanting (more like fearing) anything permanent. It can feel lonely, but it's how she's always coped. Deeper and more complex than they could ever prepare themselves for. Keeping things casual is a lot easier said than done. The 25 year old woman is right there blocking the young mechanic as he takes a few menacing steps forwards, again. He then lets out a breathy laugh at the worried look on the young woman's face. Looking towards the slight older man, eyes locked on his every movement, Rio mangages to speak between his menacing laughter. Said laughter coming out light and amused at first, but then turns into such twisted amusement it causes a spike of anxiety in the younger woman. It's almost like it's all a sick joke to him at the moment. "...Uh, I- I ain't- I ain't- I ain't gonna kill nobody." He chuckles as he looks around at no one in particular with a twinkle in his eyes, taking a deep breath. "Nah, man. But this little... Fling... Y'all got going on... Fo' sure. Most definitely."

But the book is written in a clear way where you won't get confused. So please give it a read. Everyone does for your books. **** Blue. A fitting name for the gender neutral pianist of a punk rock band. A name that expresses the amount of guilt that weighs one down, as well as the depression sinking one's heart. But blue is a beautiful color, one of clear skies and shining water. Just like the person, the color Blue is a lot of things. Many years ago, Blue's parents died in a car crash, resulting in their older brother Luke to raise them with the help of his best friend, Andrew. Andrew had always been accepting of Blue, making sure they always felt safe in his presence. Of course, they always assumed he was merely playing nice due to the fact he was in love with Luke. When Blue's grades begin to falter, Andrew agrees to help tutor them, bringing them closer together. Through their friendship, he helps them learn how to deal with life as the nights get long and how to begin to ask for what they want without guilt, even if it means wanting to be with him. *This book is inspired by the anime Junjou Romantica, though it is far more appropriate than that anime, so you will notice some correlation.
