Sophie Foster has had many adventures, but this next one will change her life forever. After hearing that one of her classmate's parents died in a fire, she begs Grady & Edeline to help the poor girl. After hearing about Galliance's situation, the Ruewens do not hesitate to adopt her. After learning of this, the Neverseen kidnaps Galli, the only other elf with more than three abilities, and tries to use her to their advantage. They succeed. Galli doesn't know she is working for the wrong people.
